Air Fryer Mashed Potatoes — Ingredients

For the potatoes:

Small potatoes — 12–15 pcs

Olive oil — 2 tablespoons

Salt — to taste

Black pepper — 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder — 1 teaspoon

Paprika — ½ teaspoon

Fresh green herbs (parsley, thyme or dill) — as needed

For the whipped feta:

Feta cheese — ½ cup

Greek yogurt or curd — ¼ cup

Lemon juice — 1 tablespoon

Olive oil — 1 tablespoon

Black pepper — a pinch

Water or milk as needed — 1–2 tablespoons (to make the cream)

Boil the potatoes

Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 10–12 minutes.Boil until they are soft but not falling apart.

Smash

Remove the potatoes and place them on a tray or baking sheet.Press them gently with the bottom of a glass or jug to flatten them.

Season
